Lead integrator

As the Lead Integrator we take full responsibility for engineering assurance processes helping to remove a significant amount of risk from the Project and Engineering Managers across design development, integration, compliance and assurance. We cover a comprehensive range of data from deliverables and technical queries, to BIM and Entry into Service. Our experienced people can be deployed to supplement and support your existing teams or we can provide a complete department for the complete duration of your project, helping to deliver continuity across every delivery stage

BIM management

BIM is a critical part of efficient delivery but it’s imperative that it is set up and managed effectively. Done right, BIM can cut workstream timescales by up to 70% and reduce clashes and delays by 98%. We provide a complete service from requirements and process development through to CDE configuration and integration meeting hosting. Engineering project controls

The Engineering team often has dozens of standards and processes to comply with and therefore also have a huge reporting responsibility. Traditionally Engineers must find the time to not only develop the technical solutions but also provide comprehensive reporting - this is largely unsustainable and therefore SPi developed our Command Centre solution to reduce administration and reporting effort whilst centralising data gathering to deliver a single source of truth, allowing engineers and managers to focus on value-added tasks instead of admin
